Eate healthy diet

So the frist tip is eat fresh healthy and clean diet.i think all health problems are started from unhealthy rough eating diet.so alwase eat fresh dite.one important point is your self hygen for example wash your hand before and after eating meale.Remmber fresh diet dns't mean expansive dite its mean simple diet but fresh and clea.

Consume less salt and fat

Next tip is consume less salt and fat its mean the diet that you take have less salts and fat.too much amount of salt and fat cause many problems inculidings obisty kidney problems and many more.so the diet that you are taking should have less amount of salts and fat otherwise it cause many health problems for you.

Avoid alcohol

In many countryes alcohol is part of culture.but alcohol is much dengrous for your health.it cause stomach problems for you.if your stomach is not good it cannot digest food properly if food is not digest its mean all problems are started from here.so take care of your stomach.

Dn't Smoke 

Smokings is a consider as bad habit.it disturb your health.smoking cause lungs problems.if your lungs are not good.its mean you have breathing problems.it should be in your mind many bareathing problems cause early death.smoking also cause cancer and to much less people recover from it.so i suggest you to avoid smoking.

Be Active

Activness is very important for health.

If you follow all precious tips and you are not active its mean you do nothing good with your health.take walk after meal espically after dinner.dinner walk healp you to digest your food.and after digestion all nuterients go in your body and then they will healp full for your health.alwase saty active.one old saying is activness is half health.
